Kathy Thaman, MS, CRC, CLPC, MSCC - Vice President of Products and Services
Kathy has been with Southern Rehab since 2002.
With 30+ years of experience in the rehabilitation field, her areas of expertise include vocational witness, physically and psychological disabled vocational assessment, counseling and job placement, job analysis, Long Term Disability vocational services and Life Care Planning.

Shari McAlister, BA - Vice President of Operations
Shari has been with Southern Rehab since its beginning in 1989.
Her responsibilities include oversight of human resources, personnel and marketing for Southern Rehab. Her expertise includes personnel management, financial and budgetary planning, and human resources/benefit management.She has worked in the rehabilitation industry for more than 30 years.

BA Degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Pfeiffer University in Misenheimer, N.C.
