Southern Rehab provides highly skilled nurse case managers to assist with all aspects of an injured worker’s condition. Areas include: assessment, coordination of care, and monitoring progress.

The medical case manager serves as a central hub to promote open communication between the injured worker, employer, providers and attorneys. This collaboration is designed to proactively work toward recovery and a smooth transition back to work.
