Anissa Carroll, RN, CCM
Anissa joined Southern Rehab in November 2015.
With over 29 years of nursing experience, 6 years of workers compensation and field case management experience, Anissa maintains strong relationships with adjusters while coordinating care for her clients. Case management expertise in the following areas: CAT, orthopedics, pain management, trauma, and coordinating IMEs.

Vocational Supervisor
Vickie has been with Southern Rehab since 2002.
She has experience in vocational counseling / assessment, as well as job analyses / placement / coaching. She has worked LTD files, and is a licensed counselor. She has some experience with mental health and mild TBI, along with 9 years of previous employment in the rehabilitation field.
